The Independent Press Award (IPA) is a prestigious annual, international book competition that honors excellence in independent publishing, including self-published authors, small presses, and university presses. Judged by industry experts, it recognizes top works across 150+ categories to help independent creators gain visibility, with winners announced in the spring.
